1. Purpose
The Eidra Innovation Hackathon is an internal, collaborative event open to all employees across Eidra companies. The aim is to explore ideas, experiment with new technologies and concepts, and create prototypes or tools that can bring value to Eidra, our clients, and our shared culture of innovation.
2. Participation
Participation is voluntary.
Teams are formed around ideas submitted on the Hackathon Board.
Each participant agrees to act respectfully, collaborate openly, and contribute positively to their team and the overall event.
Participants are responsible for their own equipment and tools.
3. Code of Conduct
Eidra aims to create an inclusive, creative, and respectful environment.
We expect all participants to:
Treat others with respect and kindness.
Celebrate collaboration, curiosity, and diversity of thought.
Avoid any discriminatory, harassing, or inappropriate behavior.
The organizing team reserves the right to take action if these principles are not followed.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of Work
All intellectual property (IP), including ideas, code, designs, and prototypes, that is created and presented during the hackathon, and is not based on or derived from Eidra’s or its affiliates’ client work, confidential information, or any specific project or assignment to which the participant is assigned as part of their regular employment, shall remain the property of the individual(s) or team who created it (“the creators”).

By participating, creators grant Eidra AB and its affiliated companies a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, modify, showcase, and further develop the created material for internal purposes, client work, or innovation initiatives.Third-Party Materials
Participants are responsible for ensuring that any third-party materials, code, or assets used in their projects are appropriately licensed and compliant with applicable terms.Attribution
When Eidra showcases or develops upon a project, reasonable effort will be made to credit the original creators.
5. Data and Privacy
By registering, participants consent to the use of their name, image, and project information for internal communication, documentation, and marketing related to the hackathon.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with Eidra’s internal privacy policies and GDPR.
6. Safety & Wellbeing
The hackathon is meant to be a creative, collaborative experience — not an endurance test. Please work responsibly, rest when needed, and support your teammates.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By joining the Eidra Innovation Hackathon 2025, participants confirm that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
